Through fear, a bonedumb media, a terrifyingly ignorant populace, a party dedicated to revanchist ignorance and straight racism, and a population that was meaner and dumber than I ever imagined. That’s America. Where Donald Trump is President, and where we’ve lost the right to call ourselves decent.
